Crooked House develops new work of their own and premieres new work in Ireland by leading international playwrights including Mark Ravenhill, Michel Marc Buchard, Kevin Elyot, Fausto Paravidino, Jon Fosse, Laura Wade and Dennis Kelly. Over the past 15 years they have developed theatre of the oppressed techniques for an Irish context, delivering training and projects in Ireland and abroad. The company is an ensemble of theatre makers, with an internationally recognised youth theatre company (Kildare Youth Theatre) and a children's drama workshop. They work with NUI Maynooth coordinating Ireland's only undergraduate Directing Certificate. Detailed information and a popular Actors' Noticeboard is available on their website.
